Project B.O.S.S. has been a program of Torrance Council of PTAs since 1992, we provide back packs full of school supplies for our foster care and homeless students who attend school in Torrance Unified School District. Project H.O.P.E. has been a program of Torrance Council of PTAs for 8 years now. Our mission is to support the basic needs of our foster care/homeless students in the T.U.S.D. We provide food boxes, personal care items, Halloween Costumes, help our graduating seniors with their end of the year celebration and prom attire.
