About SKECHERS Foundation
The SKECHERS Foundation is dedicated to providing families around the world with the necessities and skills to succeed in life: from shoes and clothing to fitness and nutrition guidance, education and job training, and relief from natural disasters.

In addition to the SKECHERS Pier to Pier Friendship Walk, the organization's contributions have included academic, health and shoe design programs for After-School All-Stars children; the launch of the BOBS charity Òbuy one, give oneÓ footwear collection; and shoe donations for Hurricane Katrina victims as well as funds for those affected by the 2010 Haiti earthquake.

About The Friendship Circle
Founded in 2005, The Friendship Circle is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a dramatic difference in the lives of children and young adults with special needs through one-on-one peer mentoring and social-recreational programs in homes, schools, and communities. Supported by hundreds of dedicated volunteers, the program pairs local teenagers to share the gift of friendship. This program not only enhances the lives of a child with special needs, but enriches our local teenagers.

The Friendship Circle is non-sectarian and non-denominational. Our organization provides a variety of social, recreational and respite programs throughout the year - primarily at no cost.
